What's New at NavviPal: July 2026

Product Updates

This month's updates make it faster to add an entity, harder to miss a compliance deadline, and easier to get a document signed without leaving NavviPal. Here is what's new across all 13 markets: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, El Salvador, and Venezuela.

Add an entity in your market's own vocabulary

Whether you're incorporating a new company or bringing an existing one onto NavviPal, it's now one wizard, and it asks for what your market actually calls it: Razón Social and RFC in Mexico, Matrícula Mercantil and NIT in Colombia, and the equivalent fields and documents everywhere else.

  • Skip the retyping. Upload your bank certificate and the wizard reads the bank, account holder, account type, and number for you to confirm, rather than type in.
  • Know what's missing before you submit. A review step shows exactly what's outstanding and what tasks will be created once you confirm.
  • See your structure at a glance. A full-screen org chart shows how a parent company and its subsidiaries connect across markets.
  • Your bank details, protected. Account numbers on the entity page are masked to the last four digits.

Track your incorporation step by step, not just as a percentage

Every market has its own sequence of filings, typically nine to eleven steps. You can now see exactly where each one stands, whose turn it is to act, and which document is still needed, instead of a generic progress bar.

  • Sign without leaving NavviPal. Steps that need a signature go through built-in e-signature, and the signed document files itself once it's done.
  • No step closes without proof. A signature step only completes once the signed document is attached, so nothing gets marked done by mistake.
  • Always clear whose move it is. Steps that are NavviPal's responsibility are labelled as such, so you're never waiting on something that was never on you.

Never miss a filing deadline again

All 88 recurring filing obligations across your markets, from tax returns to corporate filings, are now tracked automatically. The moment an entity goes live, NavviPal builds its compliance calendar and keeps it current as each deadline passes and the next one comes up.

  • A calendar you can actually read. Obligations appear by name on their due date, and open the related task in one click, with a year view alongside the month.
  • Filter down to what matters to you. Slice by company, country, entity, or category, each with a live count, or jump straight to what's overdue.
  • Proof for a point in time. Generate a PDF compliance report as of any cut-off date.
  • Get notified when something changes. You'll hear about it automatically if a new obligation appears or a due date moves.

Review documents without downloading them

Documents now open directly inside NavviPal, with the key data pulled out alongside them and a full history of who uploaded what, which entity it belongs to, and where it stands in review.

  • Approve or send back, with a reason. Reject a document from the viewer and the person who uploaded it sees exactly why.
  • A real review cycle for onboarding. Documents can be rejected and re-uploaded until they're right, not just accepted or denied once.

Ask Navvi about your own data

Ask Navvi now answers based on what's actually in your workspace, your entities, tasks, and deadlines, instead of general information. Open a document while you're chatting and it can answer questions about that specific document.

  • Reads the fine print. Ask Navvi can read a bank certificate or a market's full filing catalogue, not just a handful of fields.
  • Keeps the thread. Your conversation carries across screens instead of resetting every time you navigate.

Get a real person when you need one

Support now runs on live chat: NavviPal's AI answers first, and hands off to a human advisor when a question needs one. Close your browser mid-conversation and it's still there when you come back.

  • Share what you're looking at. Send images and documents in the chat, with previews.
  • Nothing gets lost. Files you share in support are automatically filed under the right entity's documents.

Manage who on your team can do what

Roles and permissions are now defined in one place instead of scattered settings. You can see exactly what each role can access, invite teammates by email, and scope members to only the markets they work in.

  • Onboard teammates faster. Invitations are accepted straight from the email link.
  • See workload at a glance. Each team member's page links straight to their assigned tasks.
  • Keep access regional. Limit a team member's visibility to the specific countries they operate in.

Your shareholder data, encrypted

Cap tables are now editable per entity, and shareholder identity records are encrypted at rest. Viewing a full identity document requires elevated permission, and every time one is revealed, it's logged.

What's next

Next up: making the entity wizard's promises match what happens behind the scenes even more precisely, and extending encryption further into how sensitive data is handled across the platform. If there's something you'd like to see, reach out to our team.
